8 hour nutrition education course OR 1 college credit course in nutrition
8 hour food safety/sanitation course OR 1 college credit course in food safety/sanitation, HACCP, or Microbiology
Certificates of completion must be submitted
- Must show: course title, date of completion, and number of approved hours

20 hours in key area 3- administration
